True Hospitality: For a Teacher

True hospitality is greeting a person and making them feel welcome, loved, or important. This book in the series of "True Hospitality" is for teachers. At elementry, middle, or highschool, even college. So let's get
started. When Grading you students paper, don't judge them by their personality or how much you like them. The best thing to do is to cover up the students name, grade the paper, and then look at the name to
know who it belongs to. When handing the student his/her paper, give them an up-bringing complement. Say "Great job! I knew you'd do your best!" or for those who didn't do so well say "Not your best work, but try
harder next time, I know you can do it!". The best thing to do is, try to convince the student to do their best for schorlerships, rewards from the school, or from the teacher. The best way to do that, is to give your
student a prize, or get all the students that did their best, a few extra minutes of free time. Then the students that didn't try hard will strive to do better so they can get prizes also.

                                                                                                            Barbara.
